These terms apply when using the website or placing an order with SnugliBunny.
Products and handmade variation
Every item is handmade. Small differences in colour placement, stitch tension, measurements and finish are normal and are not defects. Colours may also appear differently across screens.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Botswana pula (BWP) unless stated otherwise. An online order is confirmed only after the payment provider reports a successful payment. A pending or failed payment does not create a paid order.
Availability
Ready-made stock is limited. Made-to-order products require production time. If an item becomes unavailable after payment because of an inventory error, we will contact you and offer a replacement, adjusted timeline or refund.
Custom orders
A custom request is not an accepted order until the design, price, production time and payment terms have been agreed. Changes requested after work begins may affect the price and completion date.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate contact and address details. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or failed collection may be charged before redelivery.
Care and intended use
Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Decorative crochet items and products with small parts may not be suitable for babies or unsupervised young children unless specifically described as suitable.
