When you place an order, submit a custom request or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, messages and any reference image you choose to upload.
Payments
Card details are entered on DPO Pay’s hosted payment page. SnugliBunny does not store your full card number or card security code. We retain the order amount, payment status and gateway reference needed to reconcile and support the transaction.
Security and access records
The website records technical information such as IP address, browser details, login attempts and dashboard activity to prevent abuse, investigate problems and protect customer and store data.
How information is used
We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate about purchases and custom work, answer enquiries, maintain accounting records and improve store operations. We do not sell customer information.
Sharing
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the store, such as payment, hosting, email and delivery providers, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and requests
