A flat delivery charge is calculated at checkout. Orders over P850.00 qualify for free standard delivery where available.
Delivery timing starts after the item is ready, not on the order date.

Handmade products need clearer expectations than factory stock. Here is what customers should know.
Making time
Ready-made products can move quickly. Made-to-order and custom pieces show or receive an estimated production time before work begins.
Large or highly detailed custom pieces may require a longer lead time.
Care
Spot clean when possible. For washable items, use cool water, gentle detergent and air dry flat. Avoid high heat and rough machine cycles.
Keep safety eyes and small decorative parts away from unsupervised babies unless the listing states otherwise.
Returns and order problems
Contact SnugliBunny promptly if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photos.
Because custom pieces are made for one customer’s specifications, change-of-mind returns may not be available once production has started. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods should still be reported and handled fairly.
